Collagen is a structural protein naturally found throughout the body, including in skin, cartilage, tendons and ligaments.

Bone broth naturally contains collagen derived from bones and connective tissue during cooking. Each 210 ml jar of our Chicken Bone Broth provides approximately 15g collagen, based on laboratory testing.

During digestion, dietary proteins are broken down into amino acids and small peptides that the body can use. We think of collagen as part of everyday nourishment rather than a quick fix or miracle ingredient.

For most adults, 1 jar (210 ml) per serving is a convenient amount. You can enjoy it daily or a few times a week depending on your appetite, wider diet and routine.

There is no required daily amount. For children, serve a smaller age-appropriate portion and consider their individual dietary needs.

Expect a savoury, aromatic broth with gentle sweetness from the dried fruits and warming notes from Bentong ginger, turmeric and white peppercorn.

It is designed to be enjoyable on its own, while still working well in soups, noodles, rice and other everyday cooking.

When chilled, the natural collagen may give the broth a soft, gel-like texture. It returns to a smooth liquid as it warms.

Ingredients:

Filtered water, chicken feet, chicken legs, apple cider vinegar, carrots, yellow onions, lemongrass, Bentong ginger, turmeric root, dried shiitake mushrooms, red dates, dried longan, goji berries, astragalus root, honey dates, Celtic salt and white peppercorns.

Why these herbs and ingredients?

Ingredients such as ginger, red dates, goji berries, astragalus, dried longan and shiitake are commonly used in traditional Chinese cooking. We use them to create a warm, layered flavour profile and a distinctive broth—not to make medicinal claims.

You can warm your broth straight from frozen or thaw it overnight first.

From frozen: Place the jar upright in a saucepan of room-temperature water and warm gently over low heat until the broth begins to loosen. Remove the lid and continue warming gently until fully liquid and hot.

Microwave option: Thaw overnight in the refrigerator. Remove the lid, then heat in short bursts, stirring between each, until hot.

Do not boil.

Sip it warm from a cup, or use it wherever you would normally use stock or water—in soups, congee, noodles, rice, sauces and stews.

Keep sealed and frozen at approximately −18°C for up to 3 months.

Once thawed, keep refrigerated and consume within 2–3 days. Do not refreeze after fully thawing.

We use frozen cold-chain delivery and insulated packaging. Your broth should arrive frozen or partially frozen and still cold.

Move the jars to your freezer as soon as they arrive.
