Due to the frozen and perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or refunds once the order has been delivered.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Kindly include photos of the product and packaging. We will review and arrange a replacement or credit on a case-by-case basis.
