Due to the artisanal nature of our process, slight variations in taste, color, or texture may occur.
3. Allergens & Dietary Restrictions

Our broths contain cow’s ghee (dairy) and may not be suitable for individuals with dairy allergies or strict vegan diets.

Customers are responsible for reviewing allergen information before purchase.
4. Delivery

Deliveries are made only within Klang Valley.

We are not liable for delays, damages, or spoilage caused by third-party delivery services once the order leaves our premises.
5. Refund & Return Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or issue refunds.

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with supporting photos. We will review the case and, if valid, arrange a replacement or credit.
6. Customer Responsibility

Customers must provide accurate delivery information and ensure someone is available to receive the order.

Root & Remedy is not responsible for failed deliveries due to customer error.
7. Limitation of Liability
