By placing an order with Root & Remedy Enterprise, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Product Information

  • All products are prepared in small batches using natural ingredients.

  • Due to the artisanal nature of our process, slight variations in taste, color, or texture may occur.

3. Allergens & Dietary Restrictions

  • Our broths contain cow’s ghee (dairy) and may not be suitable for individuals with dairy allergies or strict vegan diets.

  • Customers are responsible for reviewing allergen information before purchase.

4. Delivery

  • Deliveries are made only within Klang Valley.

  • We are not liable for delays, damages, or spoilage caused by third-party delivery services once the order leaves our premises.

5. Refund & Return Policy

  • Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or issue refunds.

  • If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with supporting photos. We will review the case and, if valid, arrange a replacement or credit.

6. Customer Responsibility

  • Customers must provide accurate delivery information and ensure someone is available to receive the order.

  • Root & Remedy is not responsible for failed deliveries due to customer error.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Root & Remedy Enterprise shall not be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the consumption of our products or use of this website.
