A little broth knowledge

A little jelly? That's perfectly natural.

Your broth may become jelly-like when chilled because natural gelatin is released during cooking.

Some batches form a firmer gel, while others remain softer. The gel melts back into liquid when warmed.

Texture alone doesn't indicate whether broth is safe. Always follow storage instructions.
